Victoria Beckham has shared an insight into her morning routine with her 17 million Instagram followers.

The former Spicegirls star has revealed that she consumes two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach each morning.

Beckham, 43, urged her followers to “be brave” and try it out themselves.

Beckham isn’t the only A-lister who swears by the health tonic.

Kourtney Kardashian recently revealed that she also drinks apple cider vinegar on a daily basis.

“I drink a ton of water during the day and I also drink a glass of water mixed with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar twice a day (in the morning and at night),” she shared on her app.
