This video of a chicken breast crawling off a plate is the stuff nightmares are made of.

The clip uploaded to Facebook by Florida woman Rie Phillips has been viewed a whopping seven million times.
It starts with the chicken breast twitching with screams heard in the background as it jumps off the plate.
Viewers of the video were quick to point out that the chicken was so fresh that the nerve endings has not yet died.
“It was so fresh that some of the muscles are still firing off signals,” said one user.
“Usually because the meat is so fresh the muscles can still move,” added another.
In 1945 farmer Lloyd Olsen claims a chicken was beheaded by a farmer and survived for nearly two years, hence the term ‘headless chicken’
