At 31 years old and set to marry the man of her dreams next year, Rochelle Blanch has so much to look forward to.

Yet before starting the Best Body Reboot, Rochelle admits she wasn’t feeling as excited as she should. Now, after shedding 10kg during the challenge, she feels like a whole new person.

“I’m in love with exercise and found that meal plans are key to sustaining a healthy lifestyle for me.”

Sam Nolan shed 9kgs

At the start of the challenge, Sam Nolan had recently turned 30 and wanted to better herself however she could.

Not only is she proud to announce she’s lost nearly 9kg, Sam feels fitter, stronger and so much happier. “My whole attitude has changed and I have a lot more energy and focus now,” Sam reveals.

“I also really view my body in a more positive way.”
