Raise Your Glass to the lovely lady who gave birth at Pink’s concert on Tuesday!
Denise Jones’ now two-day old daughter clearly wanted to Get The Party Started, with the 32-year-old going into labour – check out the video below – just four minutes after Pink took to the stage during the UK leg of her Beautiful Trauma tour at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium.
Denise was rushed away by paramedics during the Pink’s opening song before promptly giving birth to a baby girl, whose name is a sweet tribute to the American singer – Dolly Pink.
“I’m still massively in shock, just a bit gutted I missed the concert,” Denise told the Liverpool Echo from her hospital bed.
“But I couldn’t be any happier right now!”
Denise’s niece, Chloe tweeted the happy news and thanked the paramedics for helping with the delivery.
And even Pink herself caught wind of the news, posting a screenshot of the story to her Instagram account.
“Dolly Pink wanted to get the party started 🤘🏽❤️🤘🏽” she cheekily captioned the image.
Speaking of her little girl’s name, Denise revealed:
“The plan was to call her Dolly Louise but since she was born in the concert we’ve changed it to Dolly Pink.
“It all went very fast but the paramedics were amazing and were so happy themselves that both of them were healthy.”
