So much so, the MAFS star has decided to alter a tattoo that celebrated his former flame.
Furphy used to have "I Love Shaz" on his foot, but he has since tweaked it so it reads "I Love Shiraz."
"Summers nearly here. Can't wait to get this bad boy out. 🍷🍷🍷 #I🍷SHIRAZ," he told his fans.
The pair, who met on the reality show, lasted nine months before Sharon called it quits.
“I love Nick, but after moving to Melbourne eight weeks ago to be with him, I soon realised that I’m not in love with him,” she told New Idea.
“I’ve shed many tears over this, because I really wanted it to work. I wanted the butterflies and roses — but I also needed a deeper love.
“I had a constant ache in my chest and it didn’t feel like I’d made the right decision. I missed everything about home — my dog, my sister, my parents.”
Furphy told the publication he was shocked by Marsh’s decision.
“It broke my heart. I started to shake and couldn’t believe what I was hearing,” he said.
“I fell hard and fast and gave it my all. It has made me lose my faith in love a little bit.”
Cheers to his new beginning.
