What happened at the end of Season Two?
By the end of season two, we finally had answers on who killed Bunny Folger – and we were shocked. Despite some seriously believable red herrings, it turns out the killer was Poppy White, a.k.a. Becky Butler, a.k.a. Cinda Canning’s assistant.
This whole reveal came during our fave trio’s “Killer Reveal Party” - which was great, and everything was nicely wrapped up. The end. Or so we thought…
As the finale drew to a near, the show jumped one year into the future and we see Oliver directing a Broadway play starring Charles and Ben Glenroy, played by Paul Rudd.
On opening night we see Ben deliver his monologue before dramatically collapsing and dying on stage, as Joy, Lucy, Mabel and Oliver watch in horror. The end (for real this time).
What do we know about Season 3?
Thanks to the dramatic finale season of season two, the new season centres around the murder/death of Ben Glenroy.
This season also has Meryl Streep cast as another actor in the play, Jesse Williams as a documentarian, and Ashley Park as a Broadway ingenue.
Cast pics showed Martin Short, Steve Martin and Selena Gomez looking very cozy as they worked alongside Meryl Streep and Paul Rudd to announce filming had commenced earlier this year.
