When will the Percy Jackson and The Olympians tv series be released?
Percy Jackson and the Olympians will premiere on Disney+ with the first two episodes on December 20, 2023 – right in time for Christmas viewing.
The first season is also said to consist of eight episodes, each with a runtime of 45-60 minutes.
Who is cast in Percy Jackson and The Olympians?
Walker Scobell takes on the lead as Percy Jackson in the new series, alongside Aryan Simhadri as Grover and Leah Sava Jeffries as Annabeth, Percy’s two best friends.
Other cast members include Jason Mantzoukas as Dionysus, the god of wine who runs Camp Half-Blood, and Glynn Turman as Chiron, the centaur in charge of the camp.
Virginia Kull takes on the role of Percy’s mother, Sally Jackson, and Toby Stephens stars as Poseidon, Percy’s father and the god of the sea.
