"Perez does this weird thing where he walks away during conversation," began Tanya Hennessy.
"You will be to him and halfway he will just walk off," added Ryan Gallagher. "He's done it to me three times, he did it to everyone."
And then we watched as he did it to Ryan. And Dale Thomas. And Erin Barnett.
"Why would he have stormed off?" a perplexed Charlotte Crosby asked her beau Ryan.
"I didn't say anything bad?" the MAFS star responded, clearly confused.
We got another glimpse later when Erin asked him a question.
"Great chat," she quipped as Perez walked away without even acknowledging that she'd spoken, let alone answering!
"What a random!" Tanya laughed in a bit to camera. "He's so weird.
"You know he's heard it, but he's just not ready to engage, so he just walks away," she continued.
"It's really funny."
Then she summed his actions up in a way we can all understand...
"He's like the human version of when you've read a DM and don't reply. Except it's physical. 'You want to go out?' He's like..." the podcast host trailed off as she got up and walked out of the room.
Ryan called him out on it... and didn't really gain a much clearer understanding of the whole situation.
Asking Perez if he'd done anything wrong, the American star basically said "Nope!" – and that was kind of that.
Hmm.
Being new to camp, Perez was safe from tonight's elimination. One star did have to leave, however – and that was none other than Love Island Australia star Erin Barnett.
But it was far from a teary departure for the blonde bombshell, who couldn't wait to leave the jungle!
"Guys, I'm so happy. I'm so excited," she told her fellow celebs, practically running our of the campsite.
"I get to see my boyfriend!"
