Perrie Edwards confirmed last week that ex-fiancé Zayn Malik dumped her via text, now the star has opened up about the heartbreaking fall-out.
In Little Mix's new book, Our World, the 23-year-old reveals she had nowhere to live after her breakup with the former One Direction member.
“After I split with my partner, out of the blue, I had nowhere to go, which was incredibly stressful. For a while I had no idea what to do," she wrote.
Edwards revealed that her bandmates, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Jesy Nelson offered for her to stay with them, but they didn't have any room.
“I thought about renting but I’ve got dogs and cats, so that was no good. At the time we were promoting Black Magic, and while I was in America, things really hit me and I panicked.
“I realised I was homeless. I was crying every day, dreading coming back.”

The Black Magic singer also revealed more about the end of her relationship with Malik, who is now dating supermodel Gigi Hadid.
"It was horrible, the worst time of my life. A four-year relationship, two-year engagement ended by a simple text message. Just like that," she wrote.
"Even though things my career were going really well, it was incredibly difficult for me...On the surface I was happy, but inside I felt broken."
