The mum-to-be wears a sheer, black bra with her hair up in a high ponytail.
"Shooting for Good American today with my Good Squad," the 33-year-old wrote.
On Monday the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star congratulated her little sister Kylie Jenner on the arrival of her daughter by sharing a photo of their baby bumps.
"I'll miss you bumping along with me. Never in a million years did I think we would do this together but it's been that much more special because of it," she captioned the intimate snap.
