Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have given their new black lab a name - 'Oz'.
Sally Bedell Smith, a royal biographer, claim the couple chose the unusual name for their adopted pet, but it remains unclear how the couple came up with the unique name. However it could be a clear nod to Australia, where the couple will be visiting in October!
The Duchess of Sussex already had a rescue dog name Guy, who moved with her to London following the announcement of her and Harry's engagement last year.
Both Guy and new Labrador Oz are living in Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and also accompany the royal couple when they stay at their Cotswolds home.
A source previously told the Daily Mail's Richard Eden: 'The dog is already happily ensconced at their cottage.'
He added, 'Like the Sussexes, the dog will divide its time between the palace and their country home in the Cotswolds.’
