In a clip shared by the Sussex Royal Instagram account, the two famous red heads get together in Princess Eugenie's Kensington cottage to discuss a song to raise awareness for anyone struggling.
"Someone with your skillset to write a song would be amazing," Prince Harry said.
“I just feel like it’s time that we stood up and said, you know, we’re not going to take this anymore,” Sheeran added. “We’re ginger, and we’re going to fight.” A song titled “Gingers United” was quickly erased after Ed released what the meaning behind the project really was.
The video ended with a heartfelt message from the pair.
“Reach out and make sure that your friends, strangers, look out for anybody that might be suffering in silence. We’re all in this together,” Prince Harry said.
The caption alongside the video read: "It’s World Mental Health Day!
"Both Prince Harry and Ed Sheeran want to ensure that not just today but every day, you look after yourself, your friends and those around you.
"There’s no need to suffer in silence - share how you’re feeling, ask how someone is doing and listen for the answer. Be willing to ask for help when you need it and know that we are all in this together. #WMHD"
