There's a reason why we can't stop talking about it as the worst thing to be, in our society's eyes, is the F word - fat.
You have to be slim, athletic and healthy but also manage to show some curves and eat cake and not take everything so seriously. Talk about double standards.

Forget the fact that she's won multiple Grammy Awards, an Oscar, has one of the best personalities in showbiz and also happens to be drop dead gorgeous. As soon as she shared that photo of herself in the black dress 45kg lighter, she was worshipped.
It just reinforces that unsaid mantra that those below a certain weight are the ones who should be deemed worthy.
It makes us average Joes who look at these pictures and comments on Instagram every day feel less and less worthy.
Taking control of one's health and weight loss with the help of medical professionals is a great thing, but it's not the only thing.
Whether subconsciously or not, we've all looked at those before and after photos and said "Wow" to ourselves when another celeb (usually a woman) reveals her weight loss, but it's time to rethink.
