Rob Kardashian has some pretty life-changing news to share with his fiancée Blac Chyna on this week’s Rob & Chyna.
In a sneak peek at Sunday’s episode released by E! News, the reality star reveals the latest update on his type 2 diabetes.
In the clip, Chyna, 28, is in the kitchen seasoning steaks when Kardashian, 29, comes in to share the news after meeting with his nutritionist.
“He just told me all my numbers, and I’m completely free of diabetes,” says Kardashian. “That’s like, the best news I’ve heard all year, literally.”
“What about us having a baby?” says Chyna, laughing.
“That’s obviously in front of that,” says Kardashian. “The baby is obviously the best news of my life.”
Kardashian was rushed to the hospital in December 2015 and was subsequently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. During his exclusive PEOPLE cover interview in August, the star said he was diabetes-free — and credited his future wife for helping him focus on his health.
But despite the good news, the couple are still experiencing a few bumps in the road. In the sneak peek, Kardashian goes on to acknowledge that while he and Chyna are definitely “in a good place right now,” he wants to make sure they’re on the same page about everything — in particular, their living situation.
“I’m trying to find us a house, a house that you and me both love and are comfortable in,” he tells Chyna. “I’m just not comfortable here.”
Chyna, however, doesn’t appear to want to leave her current home.
“But I really like this house, though,” she says. “And I feel like once Paige moves, you could come here and we can design it a different way, and then we can just stay here.”
“I’m sure if I found a house that you liked, you would be all good,” Rob insists. “So not saying I’m going to find anything this year, but I’m going to try and look for sure.”
“We need a new start and getting a new house together would be a fresh start where we each are on equal terms,” he adds. “I’m going to prove to her that I’m back on track and she hopefully sees that.”
Rob & Chyna airs Sundays (9 p.m. ET) on E!
