Serial Killer Rosemary West is currently serving life imprisonment after being convicted for the murders of 10 people (including her daughter Heather) between 1981 and 1987.
Her husband Fred – who was believed to have been involved in nine of the killings – took his own life while in jail awaiting trial in 1995.
Now, it's been revealed that West has fallen in love with an inmate who is 30 years younger.
Speaking to The Daily Star, sources have claimed the 65-year-old has "fallen hard" for her new lover.
"There has been talk of marriage but that might just be wing gossip but West is in for life and her lover is looking at a 17-year stretch," one insider said.
According insiders at the Low Newton Prison where West is serving her life-sentence at: "Rose has had several flings with women before but she’s never been this serious about anyone."
West is said to have seduced the woman known as 'Kat' by enticing her with nice toiletries and shower gel.
The convicted murderer is also claimed to have promised her new lover protection from other inmates.
"A lot of women arriving at Low Newton are terrified. It has a scary reputation, given that it is packed full of murderers."
West is reported to have been involved in several same-sex affairs during her time in jail.
Rose and Fred's other daughter, Mae, spoke to the press for the first time this year saying, "she is dead to me."
