The proud mum, who welcomed her the newborn princess with husband Chris O'Neil on Friday last week, announced Adrienne's name on her Instagram account.
Princess Madeleine also shared an adorable photo of the newborn royal with her older siblings, Princess Leonore, 4, and Prince Nicolas, 2.
“Leonore and Nicolas welcoming their little sister home,” she captioned the sweet snap.
Princess Adrienne is now tenth in line to the Swedish throne.
