Speaking to Beauty Crew, the TV host shared some of her nifty health tips.

She maintains that making healthy meals in bulk is a good idea because "that way I can store extras in the freezer to take to work with me."
When quizzed on her most important vital ingredients she uses in her day-to-day life, Obermeder tells the beauty site that she's a huge fan of spinach.
“Spinach! Spinach forms the base for the majority of our smoothies and a lot of our recipes in our books."
But why? Because she explains: "Not only is it rich in iron, [but also] calcium, dietary fibre and all sorts of vitamins. When you blend it into smoothies you can’t even taste it."
Another food she swears by? "Chia seeds. You can add them to just about anything – smoothies, yoghurt, oats, salads – for an instant boost of omega-3, antioxidants, and fibre.”
