The lavish home - which they shared with their two children, Poppy Alice and Billy - boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a triple underground garage, as well as a stunning pool.
Sam and Phoebe Burgess called it quits for a second time last September.
"They tried to give it a go but it just didn't work," a source told The Daily Telegraph at the time.
"The most important thing for them is that their children are happy and healthy, that is their priority," the source added.
Phoebe maintains that the reason behind their split, "will always and forever just be between Sam and I".
Back in December, Sam was issued with an AVO and banned from going within a kilometre of his estranged wife's country home after an alleged altercation with her father.
The incident was alleged to have occurred when Sam was visiting his two children at the NSW southern highlands property when he allegedly got into a heated argument with Phoebe's dad, Mitchell Hooke.
