Back in December, Sam was issued with an AVO and banned from going within a kilometre of his estranged wife's country home after an alleged altercation with her father. 

The incident was alleged to have occurred when Sam was visiting his two children at the NSW southern highlands property when he allegedly got into a heated argument with Phoebe's dad, Mitchell Hooke.
