She gave birth to her third child last December, and it looks like Carrie Bickmore is ready to get back into her fitness routine.

And she’s employed the skills of a very famous trainer!

The Project star was pictured being put through her paces at her Melbourne home with none other than Bachelor star and personal trainer, Sam Wood.

Sam, who is the creator of 28 by Sam Wood was keeping the 38-year-old star on her toes with a boxing session.

It’s no surprise that Carrie – who is also mum to four-year-old Evie with partner Chris Walker and 11-year-old son Ollie from her marriage to the late Greg Lange – enlisted the help of Sam.
