Sofia Vergara was one of the most prolific, sharing details of the wedding all throughout the day as well as photos with her TV family.
“Everyone looks terrible or is hidden except you and Justin. I wish you two a long happy life together,” Jesse Tyler Ferguson commented on a group shot she posted where she posed with his husband, Justin Mitika.
Justin also posted his own photo with Justin, Sarah, and Wells.
“My queen and king FINALLY had the most epic of weddings. I love you both so, so much. What a magical few days,” he wrote.
He also posted some snaps from the ceremony.
“I had the best seat in the house for this stunner of a wedding. What an honour to marry my two dear friends @sarahhyland & @wellsadams. I couldn’t be happier for you love bugs,” he captioned the post.
“I also do Bar Mitzvahs,” he joked.
While Julie, who played Sarah’s on-screen mother Claire, was there in attendance, Ty Burrell, who played her dad on the show, was noticeably absent.
However, any rumours of a rift were smoothed over when it was revealed that Sarah’s now-husband had actually approached Julie and Ty and asked for their blessing to propose to Sarah, as well as asking her real parents too.
Julie was seen in a number of snaps from the weekend, and also shared a photo of herself huddled up with Jesse and Nolan Gould, who played her on-screen son Luke.
“Yay! Just … yay. I love my fake family,” she penned.
Congratulations to Sarah, Wells, and their big modern family!
