Scott Eastwood had movie and music fans swooning with his turn as a hunky matinee idol (not much of a stretch) in Taylor Swift's cinematic music video for "Wildest Dreams."
The 30-year-old actor told WHO that the shoot was a "fantastic experience" – and one that his agents never wanted to occur.
"None of my agents wanted me to do it, actually," Eastwood revealed. "They said, 'Oh, we don't want you to do that! Why would you be Taylor Swift's boy toy?' And I said, 'Why the hell not?'" Touché! He ultimately got his way, making a memorable contribution to the retro-tinged vid.
These days Eastwood has been furthering his musical education with help from Suicide Squad costar Will Smith, who would lead the cast through sing-alongs both on and off set.
"When you go to a place to lunch or a bar or something with [Smith], they'll turn his music on almost immediately," Eastwood explained. "There were a couple times we all went out and they did that." Despite the attention, the former Fresh Prince was never anything less than sweet. "He's the nicest, most gracious guy."
