WHO: So you and Apollo leave Paradise together in the middle of the night. What happened?
SIMONE: We'd just had enough. Since we were together there was so much drama around us. We went there to find someone and we just wanted to chat on the outside. There was no point in us staying there with the cameras. We found each other so we thought we'd just give it a go on the outside.
WHO: How did it go on the outside? Are you and Apollo still together?
SIMONE: No we're not together now. I went to the Gold Coast [where Apollo lives] and I stayed there for a month just to try and give it a go. We live in separate states and it's just very hard and neither of us are willing to move now. He's so busy with his career that it's just not the right time I don't think.
I think he needs someone that's going to be able to travel with him and I can't do that. But we've never really ended, we still speak everyday on the phone still. We're very good friends.
WHO: Bachelor In Paradise is all about getting a second shot at finding love. Were you in love with Apollo?
SIMONE: No it hadn't progressed to that. I could've seen it going somewhere like that, we just didn't have enough time. We weren't in there all that long together and in there everything is so heightened and you don't know what's real. I'm not ruling anything out in the future, but it's just not there yet.
WHO: During the cocktail party Elora grabbed Apollo for the fire twirling performance. How did you feel when that happened?
SIMONE: I was really, really upset and angry at the fact that me and Elora had made up again and we had been hanging out all day together and she had never mentioned it to me that she had set something up. So she waited until the part when me and him were together, I'm all dressed up and everyone's in the couples and she calls him away from me and I was in shock. I was really upset. The fact that it was mainly girl code that she didn't have a chat with me.
WHO: Are you two friends now? Did you make up after that?
SIMONE: Nup, nup. No. I have no interest at all.
WHO: Is that sad? Because you were friends at one point...
SIMONE: We were friends, yeah, but we're just not the same people. I couldn't do that to someone. It's not my fault that Apollo chose me to go on a date with me and we got along more than they did. It's not my fault. It just felt like she kept on stabbing me in the back constantly. I just would've appreciated if she had a chat with me before doing things, that's all.
WHO: Did anything significant happen that didn't make it to air?
SIMONE: The way me and Jarrod ended didn't really show. I think it was made out that he wasn't really interested me and there was nothing there, but that wasn't the case. It was more that it was too intense for me straight away, that I just pulled away a bit. And then obviously Apollo came in the next day and we met.
And I don't think they showed when Apollo sat down with Elora and told her he wasn't interested in her, they didn't show that.
WHO: You said you're not ruling anything out with Apollo in the future, but are you still looking for love otherwise?
SIMONE: Yeah, 100 per cent. I want that more than anything but it's not that easy. I think I'd want to meet someone who isn't in the public eye, just someone normal. Just someones got a normal job, that nobody knows.
WHO: You went went back home to England to visit not long ago. But do you plan on staying in Australia for now?
SIMONE: Yeah I went to England because my dad has cancer, he's not well. He has been pretty crapy, so I had to go see him. So that was quite a shock because I only just found out.
And I'm just trying to focus on my fitness. I've set up my fitness page because I don't want to do office work anymore, it's not me. So I'm excited about that!
