'I think you always do feel outside pressure,' she added.
Sam also admitted that he felt protective over his wife – whom he married last year in a Byron Bay ceremony.
'It's kind of my job to help take that pressure away because I think it's really, really important for mums to do things at their own pace, not compare yourself to other mums,' he said.
'Every pregnancy is different, every body is different. And Snez looked absolutely incredible after giving birth to Willow but it took a year.
'It wasn't a six-week fix or anything extreme.'
The couple, who met on the third season of The Bachelor in 2015 also share teenage daughter, Eve, from Snez’s previous relationship and one-year-old daughter, Willow.
