With tubes taped to her face and hand, it’s clear Harper still needed plenty of care, but that didn’t stop her from looking downright adorable.
“She looks like the cutest little primate (all my girls look like baby chimpanzees when first born it’s the cutest thing EVER!!! I love it),” Snezana joked.

The mum-of-four then revealed that even in those early days of new parenthood, there was no time to rest.
Encouraging followers to “swipe to see what’s really happening in this pic from the other side”, she revealed she was actually pumping breast milk as the snap was taken.
A second photo showed her hooked up to a pump as she stole precious time with her baby girl, who was still being cared for in the NICU when the photos were taken.
After all, what mum doesn’t love to multitask! The final snap caught Harper as she cuddled up to Snezana’s shoulder and drifted off to sleep.
Though Harper is happy, healthy and enjoying life at home now, her birth and first few weeks were an emotional time for Sam and Snezana.
Sam announced their baby girl’s arrival on Mother's Day, telling fans that Snezana became "really sick" during labour.

"Before we knew it Harper was off to the special care unit and Mum was into ICU," he explained at the time.
"Of course in true Snez Mum fashion her only thoughts were for her little baby, and it was breaking her heart that she couldn't hold her."
Snezana and Harper were initially separated after doctors found an infection they had both picked up and Harper had to remain in hospital for some time.
But as this latest throwback proves, nothing could stop Snezana from going straight into mum mode and making sure her little girl got everything she needed to thrive – even if that meant multitasking.
