Despite her seemingly good intentions, many followers thought the risqué image was inappropriate.
The 25-year-old mum-of-two has since reactivated her Instagram account and has chosen a new, more appropriate photo to accompany her message.
Last week, Tammy urged her fans to donate to animal and fire rescue organisations.
"Our home is burning. These are the worst bush fires on record and they are still burning,” she wrote.
"Five million hectares (15 MILLION ACRES!!!) of land has burned. Our wildlife are burning alive (more than 500 MILLION!!) and many homes have been lost.
"I stay praying for all the families and the firefighters and the lives lost," she added.
In the past week, a slew of celebrities – including Chris Hemsworth, Kylie Minogue and Elton John - have pledged money towards relied efforts for the bushfires raging across Australia.
