"I've just gained heaps of weight get over it lol," she wrote.
It's possible the Saski Collection founder's weight has fluctuated seeing as she's currently recovering from an injury and hasn't been able to adhere to her regular workout routine. The fitness queen was recently pictured attending the three-day festival on crutches, with a friend later confirming in a video that she'd broken her ankle.
Speaking to New Idea in 2017, Tammy revealed she usually trains three to five days a week and focuses heavily on her protein rich diet which also includes complex carbohydrates.
"Whether it’s a gym workout or HIIT home workout I always try to fit it in when I can. I will often do some workouts from my at home booty program – you only need dumbbells, or I will do a HIIT workout in the lounge room,’ Tammy said.
"For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, also really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn't consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too," she said.
