Briana DeJesus, who starred on MTV’s Teen Mom 3, is returning to the series!
During the Teen Mom OG after show on Monday night, it was revealed that DeJesus is joining the cast of Teen Mom 2 for season 8.
DeJesus was reintroduced to audiences, who last saw her and her daughter, Nova, in the first and only season of Teen Mom 3 in 2013.
She joins series veterans Kailyn Lowry, Leah Messer, Chelsea Houska and Jenelle Evans.
Of her return, DeJesus admitted that it feels “nerve-racking” to be back.
“It’s a little nerve-racking, like you said, it’s been so long being on national television. None of this has hit me yet,” she said.
DeJesus revealed that her relationship with ex-boyfriend Devon is almost nonexistent, with communication only taking place when it comes to Nova.
“It’s there,” she candidly said of her relationship with Devon. “He’s not the best father he should be to Nova.”
Of any regrets she may have from the season of Teen Mom she appeared in, DeJesus admitted she regrets fighting with Devon the most.
“[Nova’s] 5, and she can watch back,” she said. “She can see now. That’s my number one regret. I was so naïve, so caught up, so stupid. Now, I’ve learned better.”
DeJesus is now pregnant with her second child, a girl due in July. And according to the expecting mom, the relationship she has with her new baby’s father, Luis, isn’t faring much better than the one she has with Devon.
In an exclusive sneak peak for the next season of Teen Mom 2, DeJesus appeared to tell her mother and sister the shocking news about Luis.
“I don’t know how to say it,” she said in the clip. “He’s been cheating on me this whole time.”
“So, I don’t know what I’m going to do,” she added, tearing up.
DeJesus said in the after show that she is still processing the revelation, and wouldn’t go into how she found out.
“It’s been a rough time for me,” she revealed. “I found out when I was six months pregnant. It’s still tough. I’m going through it right now. Pretty much repeating my past, like I said I wouldn’t, and it’s happening all over again.”
Teen Mom OG airs Mondays (8 p.m. ET) on MTV.
