Viewers were given a sneak peek of what to expect during a teaser for the new series which aired on Tuesday night.
“It’s no holiday” the promo stated, as the pairs were seen battling the clock on three continents.
The competing cast looks to include married couples, close friends, colleagues and even two Missionaries of God’s Love Sisters — who say that they have the advantage of “the big fella on their side”.

Back in June, Network Ten announced they would be bringing back hit reality TV show The Amazing Race after a five-year hiatus, and instead of being hosted by an actor, former rugby league star Beau Ryan will be guiding the teams around the world.
NRL star Beau, who's set to host the new season is excited to get started.
“I’m really pumped to be hosting one of the biggest franchises on Australian TV. I jumped at the chance to combine two of my favourite things, people and travel. I can’t wait to get started. May the best team win,” he told Mumbrella.
The Amazing Race Australia is coming soon to Channel 10.
