Despite each of the celebrity duos tackling the race with resilience and determination not everyone was able to conquer the challenge of The Amazing Race Australia, with only three celebrity pairs reaching the final leg of the race.
Starting the final leg of The Amazing Race on equal footing, the final three pairs were neck-and-neck as they ran through inner-city Kuala Lumpur before reaching their first fear-factor-style challenge.

After perfecting a hip-hop routine during their second challenge, the teams raced towards their final task, with each duo testing their memory with a race recap gallery.
Following an intense race to the finish, TV personality Darren McMullen and his nephew Tristan Dougan were the first to arrive at the final pitstop.
Despite arriving first, the pair made the heartwarming decision to wait for sisters Emma and Hayley Watkins and mother-daughter duo Alli and Angie Simpson to arrive, with the final three pairs stepping on the mat together to each claim a portion of the $100,000 prize money for their chosen charity.
