Jimmy donned a face mask, a pink jumper and jeans as he made his way up the stairs of the clinic.
It comes after The Bachelor's leading man was slammed for appearing to ignore lockdown laws during a day out with friends at Bondi Beach.
Jimmy and a group of five mates didn't wear masks as they gathered on the iconic beach's grassy knoll last weekend.
In Sydney currently, people are only allowed to exercise with one person from another household.
Hordes of viewers slammed Jimmy for appearing to flout the public health orders.
"Is it “celebrity” privilege to not follow the rules…?" one person wrote.
"🙄🙄 Another blue ticket thinking they’re above the rules," said another.
"Not cool Jimmy. NSW are in real trouble at the moment. Bondi is a nightmare where this all started?!? Are they for real?" a third comment read.
But fans also praised Jimmy for getting the jab, though it's not known which vaccine he opted for.
"Good work @jimmynicholson," one fan wrote.
Just four episodes in, Jimmy has gotten off to a cracking start on the latest season of The Bachelor, with Holly Kingston and Brooke Cleal already being labeled clear frontrunners.
Currently, both Sportsbet and TAB predict the two women the pilot will take to the finale are Holly and Brooke.
The bets, however, differ when it comes to the second runner-up, with the former listing Lily Price to take out third place and the latter listing a tie between master key holder Jacinta Lal and dance teacher Ash Lawson.
The predicted winner, Holly, has been listed as a 1.50 on Sportsbet and a 1.10 on TAB.
And, although it’s early days, viewers of the show certainly seem to back up the betting sites’ odds, with many claiming the marketing manager has already received the quintessential "winner edit."
