Last week, Andy and Deb spoke exclusively to WHO about just how stressful they found The Block environment, revealing they had lost 15kgs between them due to the hectic filming schedule.
“It’s so stressful, it affects you mentally and physically. You have to be very strong – both your body and mind,” said Deb.
“It certainly is not for the faint-hearted – it’s so much harder than it seems from your lounge chair at home.”
While Andy added: It tested me out mentally and physically. The time frames, workload and production of the show combined makes for a lot of stress. You have to just keep going and remember there’s always a new day.
