"Honestly, the number of absolute lies in this story takes my breath away...So please, don’t believe any of it."
The TV host - who joined The Project in 2017 after leaving the Channel Nine morning show - also confirmed that she would be returning to the Sunday Project episode.
"Tonight, after a holiday booked six months ago, I am back at the job, the network and with the Sunday @theprojecttv team that I love."
Last week, an Australian publication reported that Lisa has fled the set of The Project's 10th-anniversary special after feeling slighted.
Apparently, the Network Ten editor-at-large felt "mortified" and like an "unwanted" stepchild" during the episode.
When Peter Helliar made the throwaway comment, "We love having you on our show," Lisa reportedly reached her boiling point.
"Lisa is highly sensitive regarding her public profile," an insider said, stating that Lisa was furious with the Gold-Logie nominee's swipe.
"While she tries to keep relationships civil off-camera, she is furious that her co-hosts are allowing nasty barbs to continue on-air."

According to the Australian Media Diary, Lisa quietly "shuffled off set" after just 30 minutes and didn't attend the afterparty with the other Project panellists.
But, the Australian TV host digresses:
"Do I look like I feel like 'an unwanted stepchild' as this story so ridiculously described me (with apologies to all the beautiful stepchildren out there)?"
The Project airs 6:30pm Sunday to Friday on TEN
