Stop what you're doing.
Channel 7 has released another sneak peek of The Real Dirty Dancing - and the nostalgia is strong.
The clip opens with each cast member of the show singing along to the trademark Dirty Dancing song, "Time of My Life," as they pack their bags.
We also witness some of our favourite Aussie celebrities (like Jessica Rowe and Firass Dirani) flex some seriously impressive moves, among other things - but we won't give it all away.
Check out the sneak peek of The Real Dirty Dancing below.
(WARNING: the song will be in your head for the rest of the day)
Throughout The Real Dirty Dancing, eight Australian celebrities will revisit the most memorable moves from the 80s classic.
Newsreader Jessica will join Jamie Durie, comedian Anne Edmonds, Olympic Swimmer Stephanie Rice and many others in journeying to the US location of "Kellerman’s Resort" in Virginia to undergo an immersive Dirty Dancing experience.
Jessica - who recently published the book Diary of a Crap Housewife: It's time to embrace your perfectly imperfect life - looks to be stealing the show in the upcoming four-part TV series, as she shows off her incredibly toned body during rehearsals.
The TV presenter shared the sneak peek on her Instagram account today, writing "OMG it’s almost here!! The REAL DIRTY DANCING" in the caption, and tagging her castmates.
Also appearing in the series is actor Hugh Sheridan, Anna Heinrich and AFL Champion Jude Bolton.
The cast will visit iconic locations and reenact moments from that Dirty Dancing summer in 1963.
In addition, they will learn the iconic dance routines from the film under the guidance of choreographers Todd McKenney and Kym Johnson.
The Real Dirty Dancing is coming soon to Channel 7.
