In the two years since his 2018 stint on the Ten show, the dessert specialist has embarked on a complete lifestyle overhaul, resulting in a total body transformation.
The owner of cake shop CakeBoi revealed to The Daily Telegraph that his previous time on the show left him battling an unhealthy diet and poor fitness, saying he prioritised the competition over his health.
Reece admits he wasn't taking care of his health during his first stint on MasterChef.

“The show was so stressful I didn’t see my health as a priority, I was more focused on the show rather than my health,” he said.
However, since his TV debut, Reece turned his attention to getting into the best shape of his life, embarking on a plant-based diet and a regular fitness routine.
“I lost quite a bit of weight which was great, but to be honest it was so annoying when I first came back [to MasterChef] because people were like, ‘who’s that guy?’” he revealed.
Reece is virtually unrecognisable after his lifestyle overhaul!

Reece now makes regular 'me time' to go for a run and tracks everything he eats in an app on his phone.
'What I normally do is log what I eat, I find that’s the best way to keep me accountable,' he said.
