The Bachelor star Tiffany Scanlon unveiled the results of her weight loss since she began a dedicated fitness routine in 2015.
The 30-year-old says in her blog The Tiffany Times she began doing the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide after she gained two dress sizes from working as a flight attendant for 18 months.
“I had gone from my natural size 6/8 to a solid size 10. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being a size 10 but for someone who has always been naturally thin, I knew I was overweight,” she shared on her website.
The petit star posted a photo of herself from 2015 comparing herself to now.
“New blog post will be up this afternoon detailing how I went from slim, weak and unhappy to toned, strong and happy. Left: Jan 2015 at 57kg. Right: Today at 52kg. I only write the weights because I know a lot of people believe it’s all about the number on the scale,” she captioned. “I rarely weigh myself as I know muscle weighs more than fat so I rather notice how my clothes fit me or look at before and after pics.”
Scanlon has previously opened up about her love of fitness and showed off the results of her dedicated fitness regime on Instagram.
“This was my first 12 week doing the Bikini Body Guide back in 2015. I wanted to repost it to show that a body transformation is totally possible in 12wks. I am not sponsored or paid by@kayla_itsines I do her program because it works. I still do it now 2 years later,” she wrote.
