THE RESULTS
In the beginning, Mel found it hard to stick to the challenge at weekends, but her fast results motivated her to stick with it.
“I’ve never understood when people would say “the weight just dropped off” – but now I do. I lost over 3kgs in the first two weeks and people began to notice so that was a huge motivator.
I also felt really good, – not bloated, overly full and uncomfortable all the time, but I was satiated by what I was eating. Feeling good like that, all the time is addictive!”
THE FUTURE
After years of trying different eating plans, Mel is finally happy to have found one that works for her. “I’m 100% happy with the results, I will stick to this way of eating, although I will re-introduce a wider variety of fruit back into my diet and some wholegrains (quinoa, brown rice, lentils etc). I’m lighter, leaner my skin is great, and my energy is amazing!”
