In a July episode of his New Heights podcast, Travis revealed to his brother and co-host Jason that he had recently attended Taylor's Eras Tour, with the Kansas City Chiefs star fully immersing himself in the spirit of the show.
"If you're up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets, and I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor one with my number on it," Travis shared, adding, "I was disappointed that she doesn't talk before or after her shows... so I was a little butt-hurt I didn't get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her."
September 12, 2023: Sources comment on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's romance
After making headlines for his unashamed attempt to shoot his shot, sources speaking to Entertainment Tonight claimed that although the duo were not officially in a relationship they had been "quietly hanging out" following Taylor's performance at Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium.
"Travis has been into Taylor for a while and definitely has a crush on her. He is a simple guy that is very funny, charismatic, chill, and loves playing football," the source told the publication.
September 24, 2023: Taylor Swift attends her first Kansas City Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium
After many weeks of speculation, Taylor and Travis officially crossed paths at the Kansas City Chiefs game on September 24.
During the game, Taylor was spotted in the VIP box cheering alongside Travis' mother Donna. While it initially appeared that Taylor was at the game purely to support the team, fans were sent into a frenzy after Travis and Taylor were snapped walking through the stadium together after the Chiefs' win.
"Travis invited her to the game and of course, she said yes. She just thought it was a fantastic way to spend Sunday," a source told People, with the publication continuing to downplay rumours of a potential romance.

Following the game, Travis returned to his New Heights podcast to sing the praises of the game's star-studded attendee.
"Shout out to Taylor for pulling up. That was pretty ballsy. I just thought it was awesome how everyone in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her... She looked amazing. Everybody was talking about her in a great light," he gushed.
"To see [Taylor's] slow motion chest bumps, to see the high fives with Mum, to see how Chiefs Kingdom was all excited that she was there, that s*** was absolutely hysterical... and then we just slid off in the getaway car at the end."
While Travis was complementary of Taylor, he also clarified that he would not be providing any further detail on the nature of their relationship, saying, "It is my personal life and I want to respect both of our lives. She's not in the media as much as I am doing this [podcast] every single week."
October 1, 2023: Taylor Swift attends Kansas City Chiefs game in New York
While some may have believed her first attendance at Travis' game was sheer coincidence, Taylor added more fuel to the rumour mill when she attended her second Chiefs game at New York's MetLife Stadium alongside fellow A-listers Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Sophie Turner, and Hugh Jackman.
Taylor was also snapped once again hanging out with Travis' mum Donna, with the pair wrapping their arms around one another as they cheered on the Chiefs.
October 4, 2023: Travis Kelce responds fan frenzy surrounding Taylor Swift
Shortly after Taylor's second Chiefs appearance, Travis and brother Jason took to their New Heights podcast to discuss the fan frenzy surrounding Taylor's attendance at recent NFL games.
"Take away your feelings for Taylor. What is your honest opinion of how the NFL is treating celebrities at games," Jason asked, with Travis responding, "I think everybody's just overwhelmed."
"I think it's fun when they show who all is at the game, you know? I think it brings a little bit more to the atmosphere [and] brings a little bit more to what you're watching. But at the same time, I think they're overdoing it a little bit for sure - especially in my situation. I think they're just trying to have fun with it," he continued.
October 6, 2023: Donna Kelce responds to Travis and Taylor's relationship rumours
Speaking on Today, Travis' mother Donna was pressed about her time with Taylor during the Kansas City Chiefs games, to which she responded, "It was okay."
When further asked about her son's relationship with the pop star, Donna said, "It's very new, so I don't like to talk about it. It's just one of those things where, you know, obviously everybody saw me. I was in the boxes with her and it's just another thing that has amped up my life.
Speaking in a press conference later that evening, Travis also commented on his relationship's newfound attention, saying, "We're learning with the paparazzi just taking photos from all over the place, but at the same time, it comes with it, You've got a lot of people that care about Taylor, and for good reason."

After extensive speculation, Taylor and Travis appeared to put an end to rumours when they stepped out together following their surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live.
The new couple, who were photographed holding hands leaving the New York City studio, reportedly packed on the PDA during the show's after-party, with sources telling People that Travis was "going over and touching [Taylor], putting his hand on her lower back or putting his hands on her waist and then they would do a little kiss and then they would go back to talking to whoever they were talking to."
Swifties were also quick to believe the inside sources, with many pointing out the slight smudge of Taylor's red lipstick on Travis' nose as they left the New York steakhouse.

Just over 24 hours after they first stepped out as a couple, Travis and Taylor were spotted together on a date night in New York.
Speaking on their second date night appearance, body language expert Darren Stanton told the Daily Mail, "It's very clear there is a romantic connection between the two now. They show a real intensity and a high level of affection... Generally, when people are in public, they tend to be quite reserved in terms of how tactile they are, yet it's clear Travis and Taylor don't care who they are seen by."

With Travis standing alongside Taylor's dad for the show, fans caught the moment Taylor switched up the lyrics of her song Karma to sing: “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me.”
At the end of the show, Taylor was also spotted running into the waiting arms of Travis and sharing a sweet embrace before being ushered away.
November 15, 2023: Travis Kelce responds to his shout-out at Taylor Swift's Argentina concert
After making headlines for her adorable shout-out during her performance of Karma, Travis' brother Jason questioned him about his reaction to Taylor's lyric change, saying "How does it feel to officially be the the guy on the Chiefs?"
"You mean Karma? I had no clue - I might've had a little bit of a clue [but] definitely when I heard it come out of her mouth, [it] still shocked me. I was like 'Oh shhh. She really just said that'," Travis said.

November 20, 2023: Travis Kelce Reveals More Insight into Relationship in Interview with The Wall Street Journal
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Travis revealed a few more details about his relationship with Taylor and how he was adjusting to the newfound attention.
"Obviously I've never dated anyone with that kind of aura about them .... I've never dealt with it," he told the publication. "But at the same time, I'm not running away from any of it.... The scrutiny she gets, how much she has a magnifying glass on her, every single day, paparazzi outside her house, outside every restaurant she goes to, after every flight she gets off, and she's just living, enjoying life.
"When she acts like that I better not be the one acting all strange."
Travis also revealed in the interview that he has always been a "swiftie," explaining that "she writes catchy jingles."
"Blank Space was one I wanted to hear live for sure," he added. "'I could make a bad guy good for the weekend.' That's a helluva line!"
"I've never been a man of words. Being around her, seeing how smart Taylor is, has been f**king mind-blowing. I'm learning every day."

December 7, 2023: Taylor Swift Talks About Travis in Interview with Time Magazine
Taylor has broken her silence, talking publically about her new beau for the first time in an interview with Time Magazine after she was named Person of the Year for 2023.
Revealing that the pair had been dating before she was spotted at a Chiefs game with his parents, she also let slip how their relationship started.
"This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell," she explained. “We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for because we got to get to know each other.
“I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.”
Later in the interview, she revealed why she and Travis were enjoying a much more public relationship compared to her previous exes.
“When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care,” she explains, before admitting she is sensitive to the attention that is put on her when she attends Travis' games.
“I’m just there to support Travis. I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads.”
