The rapper, 26, deleted his Instagram account shortly after denying having cheated on girlfriend Kylie Jenner, with whom he shares 1-year-old daughter Stormi. However, his Twitter account is still currently active.
Late Thursday afternoon, TMZ reported that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 21, had accused her boyfriend of cheating on Wednesday, which prompted Scott to cancel his tour stop in Buffalo, New York, and remain in Los Angeles, where the couple got into an argument.
A rep for Scott went on to strongly deny to PEOPLE that he was unfaithful and that he and Jenner had a fight about cheating. A rep for Jenner had no comment.

The TMZ report came hours after Scott announced on Twitter Thursday that he had both canceled and rescheduled his concert due to illness.
“Buffalo I’m so sorry I can’t perform tonight. I’m under the weather and it f—ing sucks!” tweeted Scott, who has been dating Jenner since April 2017.
“Can’t pull up without full rage,” he continued. “Show rescheduled to March 10 all tix are valid. See u soon.”
The allegation comes at a trying time for Jenner, whose longtime BFF Jordyn Woods recently hooked up with Tristan Thompson.
During Friday’s episode of Jada Pinkett Smith’s Facebook Watch show Red Table Talk, Woods admitted to having kissed Thompson, but adamantly denied having sex with him.
“It was like a kiss on the lips, but no tongue kiss, no making out,” she said. “Nothing. But I don’t think that he’s wrong either, because I allowed myself to be in that position. And when alcohol’s involved, people make dumb moves or people get caught up in the moment,.”
The model went on to acknowledge that she wasn’t initially honest about what happened with Khloé Kardashian, claiming that she “trying to protect Khloé’s heart.”
As the interview aired, Kardashian immediately called out the model on Twitter, accusing her of lying.
“Why are you lying @jordynwoods ?? If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story. BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!” Kardashian wrote.
The reality star quickly followed up with a second tweet, calling out the NBA player for his role in the scandal.
“Tristan is equally to blame but Tristan is the father of my child,” she tweeted. “Regardless of what he does to me I won’t do that to my daughter. He has been addressing this situation PRIVATELY. If Tristan were to lie publicly about what conspired, then yes I would address him publicly as well.”
Kardashian has since unfollowed Thompson on Instagram, over a week after unfollowing Woods.
While the mother of one has been hurt by the scandal, one source previously told PEOPLE that “it’s much more difficult” for Jenner.
“She has basically lost part of her world,” said the source. “She is very, very upset. She always trusted Jordyn with everything.”
