Vince Colosimo will face court next month, charged with drug possession.
The 50-year-old actor was arrested in Melbourne in September 2016, and police will allege methamphetamine was found on the Underbelly star at the time.
However, this isn't the actor's brush with the law.
Colosimo, who is also known for starring opposite Nick Giannopoulos in the Australian films Wog Boy and Wog Boy: Kings of Mykonos, was fined $1000 and banned from driving in December 2014 after facing court for two counts of driving while suspended.

His lawyer at the time said: “Acting life is not highly remunerative. He sands, he paints, he cleans building sites in between acting roles," the Herald Sun reported.
The actor, who shares daughter Lucia with former wife and Neighbours star Jane Hall, battled the actress in court for 90% share of their home.
