Talk us through your day on a plate.
“I have coffee at 5am when I wake. Breakfast is usually around 6am, which is a green juice and a banana. I eat lunch between 12-1pm and have a chicken salad or egg whites and spinach. Dinner depends where I am in the world, but it’s usually fish and greens. I try to drink lots of water throughout the day but could definitely drink more.”
You’ve got five minutes to get out the door. What are your beauty MVPs?
“Nude by Nature BB cream to even out my skin tone and cover any small blemishes, and Nude by Nature highlight stick in champagne to accentuate my cheekbones and get that fresh dewy look.”
What's your top beauty secret you've learnt while modelling?
“Less is more.”
What is the one thing you never fail to do for your body each day?
“Feed it caffeine!”
