Married at First Sight's Ines Basic just revealed what she really thinks about her time on the show, how she felt watching it back, and whether she'd do it all again in a series of candid posts to her Instagram stories - and in true Ines style she doesn't hold anything back.
The straight-talking MAFS contestant, who was originally matched with and married to Bronson Norrish before becoming involved in an illicit affair with Sam Ball, would be forgiven for regretting her decision to take part in the show, especially considering the amount of backlash she amassed after it went to air.
But according to Ines, even though she "always had high adrenaline and anxiety watching [Married at First Sight]" she would recommend going on the show - "Just make sure your intensions are genuine" - and there's nothing she would have done differently if she had her time on there again.
She quite literally has no regrets.
When it comes to advice for someone who wants to be on MAFS, Ines had this to say: "You can wave goodbye to any privacy so if you're a private person don't go on the highest rating TV show in Australia."
But the 28 year old has made peace with how she was portrayed on screen, sharing: "I ever once had control over [how it was edited] so I never thought about it."
When asked by a fan about what was her most difficult moment on the show, she responded: "The last episode - finale. I cried until my body almost dropped off the couch."
Looks like she really did show her true self on throughout the show.
