Josh and Amelia often share loved-up updates on their respective social media accounts, but Amelia revealed in a candid Instagram post that not everything is always as picture-perfect as it seems.
"I always have this lingering sense of guilt and responsibility to remind you that no relo is as perfect as they seem through social media. I always try to be as honest with my personal life as possible on the gram, but still not overshare EVERYTHING!" she said in her caption.
"I know this period has put a lot of strain and pressure on so many relationships. So many couples are dealing and working through issues atm. And hell, we were too. Josh and I are back on track now, we have pushed through and become even stronger and closer. But wow there were soooo many hurdles through this period hehe that’s all," she added.
Meanwhile, Josh Packham and Anna McEvoy were the quiet achievers of the second season.
Whilst much of the attention during the show was focused on unlikely pairing Adam and Cartier, Josh and Anna went from strength to strength before finally winning the competition.
"Obviously, Josh and I really didn't think we had any chance of winning because we weren't in the original cast and normally the winners are an original cast member. So when our names were called out we were like 'Oh my god! What's happened?'" Anna explained after their win.
Fast forward to the present day and Anna and Josh are not only still together, but are now roomies!
The couple announced that they are living together in Melbourne, Anna's hometown, and moved in together whilst coronavirus restrictions were still in place.
"This has been a long time coming, we've been wanting to tell you guys for ages but we were like 'We have to hold off and try and make it a surprise.' Finally it's out so we're super excited," Anna said in a video on her YouTube channel.
Perhaps the name Josh is a lucky charm when it comes to Love Island?
