And if anyone ever wondered where Gigi and Bella got their astonishing figures from I think that question has been well and truly answered. Girls got it from their mama. No doubt.
They may also have inherited their mum's amazing attitude towards what true beauty really looks like. We certainly hope so because Yolanda obviously has her head on straight when it comes to this topic.
Her comments posted alongside the mind-blowing selfie show that the model maven has some very strong ideas when it comes to this topic.
"Fifty Five and smiling from the inside out ... Finally back to the original 1964," she wrote.
"Living in a body free of breast implants, fillers, botox, extensions and all the bullshit I thought I needed in order to keep up with what society conditioned me to believe what a sexy woman should look like until the toxicity of it all almost killed me ... Your health is your wealth so please make educated decisions, research the partial information you’re given by our broken system before putting anything foreign in your body," she added.
But Yolanda wasn't done yet.
"It took me many years of undoing some bad choices I made for myself before I finally found the freedom to sustainable internal beauty and acceptance of what is the best version of myself by nobody’s standards but my own," she continued.
"It’s on us to learn to love our selves and celebrate our unique, one of a kind beauty at all ages as we move through this journey called “life”. Beauty has no meaning without your health."
She added the hash tags 'shameless selfie', '55', 'beauty starts from within' and finally, 'age comes with wisdom'.
The post immediately went viral with 400K likes and more than 13,000 comments. The vast majority of these were deeply grateful to Yolanda for sharing her thoughts on beauty and women of a certain age. They were also deeply impressed by how incredible she looked.
"YOU LOOK AMAZING!!!," posted one.
"As a mom of two daughters thank you for being outspoken on this, it scares me that my girls one day might feel not good enough and think they need to do all sorts of unhealthy things to their bodies in order to be accepted or liked by a man or anyone else. I’ve also been following your Lyme story. I’ve been going through treatment for 2 1/2 years myself and I understand how hard it is. I hope you find full healing for your body and wellness for years to come!"
Another called Yolanda an inspiration.
"You are an inspiration to so many! You are beautiful!! Thank you for realising what is important, that beauty comes from the inside," she added.
Many asked Yolanda questions about her experience with Lyme disease and incredibly, she answered a swag of them. Her responses were kind, empathetic and encouraging. Several famous faces commented too, one of whom was first-born daughter Gigi who simply wrote 'Queen'. Even The Project's Lisa Wilkinson popped up who congratulated Yolanda for sharing such a strong message saying it was particularly important for young women to hear.
