The British YouTuber, who was also a personal trainer and presenter, passed away on Friday after being involved in a road accident in London.
According to reports, Emily's e-scooter collided with a lorry - it was the first fatal collision involving an e-scooter in Britain, according to The Guardian.
Emily's death was announced on her Instagram account on Sunday.
"Hi everyone. This is a horrible thing to have to say over Instagram but we know many of you were expecting to see Emily today and this is the only way to contact you all at once," the message read.
"Emily was involved in an accident yesterday and passed away. We all loved her to bits and she will never be forgotten."
"She has touched so many lives it's hard to imagine things without her," the message concluded.
"She was a very special person xxx."
London Metropolitan Police released the details of the collision, stating: "Police were called at 08:36hrs on Friday, 12 July to reports of an electric scooter being in collision with a lorry at Queenstown Road, junction with Battersea Park Road SW8. Officers and London Ambulance Service attended. A woman in her 30s had suffered serious injuries and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene."
Although Emily wasn't named in the police report, numerous reports have identified the star as the victim.
