Adapted from the thriller novel of the same name, A Simple Favour centres around Stephanie (Kendrick), a mommy vlogger who attempts to find out the truth behind her friend Emily's (Lively) disappearance.
After becoming friends through their children, the glamorous and mysterious Emily goes missing after asking Stephanie for 'a simple favour'.
“She’s an enigma, my wife,” Emily’s husband (Henry Golding) warns. “You never quite reach her. She’s like a beautiful ghost.”
