On Thursday, Ali took Instagram to share a snap from her latest sweat sesh, captioning it: “20 MIN workout recorded today for you beautiful light beings! ✨BOXING, BURPEES & BRIDGES!”
Wearing nothing but a black crop top and matching running shorts, her defined six-pack was fully on show – prompting many of her 171k followers to notice how fit and fabulous she is.
“Like a blonde version of "Wonderwoman". Go Ali,” one person wrote.
“You look phenomenal. Those abs! Ripped,” added another.
Ali and Taite announced their break up back in July after rumours began swirling that they had called time on their two-year romance.
"It is with the heaviest heart that we want to let everyone know that we have decided to take time apart in order to give each other space and time to fully focus on our own paths,” the emotional IG post began.
“We both love each other deeply & only want the best for each other & both want the ultimate happiness for each other and hopefully our paths will reconnect again soon.
"We’ve decided to be open with this so there’s no speculation and so we expect love, respect & kindness in return. I love you Taite," Ali wrote.
Taite echoed Ali’s words on his own account, despite switching the names around and changing up the image.
It’s believed coronavirus restrictions played a major part in the couple’s demise, with Taite based in his hometown of Ballarat, Victoria and Ali residing at her parent’s property in Queensland.
Ali recently told fans she’d been working to heal her heart by prioritising her healthy habits.
“Meditation, Yoga, exercise, nature, cooking, family, friends and focusing on my goals allows for my peaceful spirit to just be,” she explained.
“I’ve never experienced anything like this where my soul still feels connected, I still love but know we don’t align.”
