Ed Sheeran has officially popped the question to his girlfriend, Cherry Seaborn.
The news was revealed when Aussie actor, Russell Crowe appeared on Nova’s breakfast radio program, Fitzy & Wippa.
The legendary actor referred to Sheeran’s girlfriend as his “fiancée.”
“We became friends through people we know and he was on tour and came to stay,” he said.
“We just became friendly and he has since come back with his fiancée for more time and stuff.”
Engagement rumours started circulating earlier this year when the “Shape Of You” singer told Kyle and Jackie O that he’s ready for marriage and children.
“She lives three or four miles away from me where I grew up,” he said of his childhood sweetheart.
“And we live together now, we just got cats.”
