This marks the seventh season of the reality dating show that kicked off back in 2015 with Sam Frost at the helm.
However, of the six women that have proudly been named Australia's Bachelorette only one is still with her chosen winner.
Season two's Georgia Love met and fell for Lee Elliott back in 2016 and the two even tied the knot in March 2021.
"We always get people who are surprised that we’re still together and that we’re actually engaged from The Bachelorette," Georgia told WHO last year.
Meanwhile The Bachelor success rate is 50/50 with couples Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich, Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski, Matty 'J' Johnson and Laura Byrne and Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska proving that love can be found on national television.
Last year we saw a Bachelorette first when sisters Elly and Becky Miles tried their hand at finding love together.
However though Becky ended up choosing Pete Mann and returning fan favourite Elly, who we first met on Matt Agnew's season of The Bachelor, fell for Frazer Neate, both relationships ended soon after the show finished.
"We spent about three days together and we had a lovely time. I think that's why I was quite blindsided when he broke it off because, you know, in those moments he was saying all the right things," Becky said of Pete shortly after the finale.
"Once we were back home I gave him a little bit of space and then we had a FaceTime call and he just expressed to me that he'd realised that he didn't really think there was a spark there."
Meanwhile after many cheating rumours, Elly and Frazer ended things in December last year, with the nurse admitting that she wouldn't call what they had a relationship.
"He might've been a bit of a s**t bloke but he was a great lesson," Elly said in April on on The Real House Husbands Podcast.
In an exclusive chat with WHO earlier this month, former Bachelorette Angie Kent revealed her thoughts on who the 2021 leading lady should be.
"I would obviously love a woman of colour, it would be amazing if we could have an Indigenous Bachelorette. That would be a game changer – I really think we need that," she said.
"I don’t want to see another Bachie person. I want somebody that hasn’t done the franchise because I think we’ve seen that. It’s been done with Ali [Oetjen] and Elly [Miles] and we need something different."
