On Sept 21st news broke of Angelina Jolie, and Brad Pitt’s divorce and just hours after the reports, the actress’ estranged father Jon Voight has expressed how he feels about the sad situation.
Speaking to Inside Edition, the 77-year-old actor said, “It’s very sad. Something very serious must have happened for Angie to make a decision like this. I don’t know what it is. It’s a sad thing. Say a little prayer.”
The actor also admitted he is worried about his daughter and his grandchildren during this time, “I am concerned for Angie and the children and hopefully I will be seeing them very soon.”
Voight also revealed that he learnt about the news from Angelina’s brother, James Haven.
Jolie, 41 and Pitt, 52, were married in 2014 and they share six children together.
